Before production
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund while the status is still pending production.
Damaged or misprinted
If your tattoo arrives damaged or does not match your design, send a photo within 14 days and we reprint or refund it.
Custom artwork
Because each sheet is printed to your own design, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once production has started.
